जसोल निवासी व सूरत प्रवासी समाजसेवी श्री गणपत भंसाली को नवसारी के सांसद श्री सी आर पाटील की सिफारिश पर वेस्टर्न रेल्वे की डिविजनल रेल्वे यूजर कोंसुलटेटिव कमिटी मुम्बई सेंट्रल डिवीजन का सदस्य बनाया गया है, श्री भंसाली का मनोनयन 1 जनवरी 2022 से 31 दिसम्बर 2023 तक रहेगा। उल्लेखनीय है कि श्री भंसाली सांसद श्री सी आर पाटील की ही सिफारिश पर वर्ष 2019-2021 के कार्यकाल में वेस्टर्न रेल्वे के डी आर यू सी सी मेम्बर रह चुके है व वर्ष 2003 में पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री काशीराम राणा की सिफारिश पर सूरत जिला टेलीकॉम बोर्ड की एडवाइजरी कमेटी के भी मेम्बर रह चुके हैं। श्री भंसाली महावीर इंटरनेशनल के रिजन-8 के अंतरराष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष भी हैं।
